COVID Guidelines for Guests

Preparing Guests for New Service Experience in Green Phase

The State Board of Cosmetology’s regulations require salons to operate in an orderly and sanitary manner. We have provided these guidelines based on CDC and State Board recommendations to limit the spread of COVID-19 and ensure a safe experience. Please review this information prior to your appointment and let us know if you have any questions.

Prior to Your Appointment

  • Fill out Client Health Survey online within 24-hours of your scheduled appointment.
  • Client Health Survey will be texted to you the day before your appointment.
  • Please bring a credit or debit card for purchases. Gratuities may be added to your card. Venmo is encouraged for gratuities as they go directly to your stylist. You may tip in cash as long as money is placed in a sealed zip lock (available at front desk).
  • Do not bring guests to your appointment. Only minor children receiving services may be accompanied by 1 adult. Please mention this when booking your appointment.
  • Due to the increased costs to deliver your service, you may notice a small increase in pricing. Please visit our website to view new menu in anticipation of new costs.

During Your Visit

  • Please enter at your scheduled time and we will direct you to your sanitized station. If we are at maximum occupancy, we will ask you to wait outside until a specified time.
  • Masks must be worn during your service. Disposable masks will be provided upon arrival. If you are unable to wear a mask during your service, please notify us as we have special hours reserved for guests who cannot wear one.
  • Hand Sanitation stations are available at each station and the front door. Please apply hand sanitizer once you have entered the salon.
  • You must be seated in your assigned station for your entire visit, except when receiving shampoo or conditioning services.
  • Beverages service will not be available at this time. Please bring your own refreshments if desired.
  • Magazines and waiting room are no longer available in the green phase. Plan accordingly and bring any magazines, books or literature you’d like to enjoy during your visit.
  • Gloves are available upon request. You may request your stylist wear them during your visit.

Keep In Mind

  • Appointments are in high demand. We encourage you to book your next appointment at completion of your visit to ensure a future appointment. You may book your future appointments up to 12 months in advance.
  • All employees will have their temperatures checked at the beginning of their shift.
  • Maximum Occupancy is limited to 7 people in the salon at a time.
  • Please be patient as we adjust to these new circumstances. Because of extreme sanitation measures, we will have to excuse ourselves from time to time during your service to sanitize areas touched during your visit.
  • Avoid touching products on the retail shelves. Our stylists will be happy to pull the products for you. We promise to sanitize any recommended products that you do not purchase.
  • Consider purchasing your shampoo, conditioner and styling products from us. We guarantee all sales and will make the appropriate recommendations so that you can duplicate your look at home. If you are not happy with your product purchase, you will be refunded in store credit.
  • Blow dries are included in your service. If you chose to skip a blow dry to limit your time in the salon, please let us know when we are scheduling your appointment.
  • Due to the high demand in services and limited availability, we will be implementing a $25 fee for guests who cancel within 24 hours or do not show up for appointment. This fee will be waived for last minute cancellations due to illness. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you cannot make your scheduled appointment time.
